Terms of Service

Bunga helps households view and review financial activity in one place. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the accounts you connect, and decisions you make from the information shown.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, using accurate information, and making sure any family workspace activity follows the permissions and expectations of that household.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Bunga, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the product in a way that harms other users, providers, or the platform.
4. Account connections
Supported bank and wallet connections are intended for visibility and review. Bunga should not be described as moving, holding, lending, or investing customer funds unless that language is separately approved by counsel.
5. Subscriptions and trials
Any trial, subscription, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, or billing language must match the active payment provider configuration and the final customer checkout flow.
6. No financial advice
Insights, labels, budgets, reminders, and AI explanations are informational only. Bunga does not provide legal, tax, investment, lending, or financial planning advice.
7. Disclaimers and limitations
Bunga is provided as an informational product and may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate at times. Warranty, liability, dispute, and governing-law terms need final counsel approval before release.
8. Termination or suspension
Bunga may suspend or end access when an account violates product rules, creates security risk, causes legal exposure, or needs to be restricted while an issue is investigated.
9. Data deletion requests
Users can request deletion of account data stored on Bunga servers by emailing info@bunga.app with the email tied to their account and any family workspace name. Requests are verified before action and handled according to applicable retention requirements.
10. Policy updates
Terms may be updated as the product, providers, billing flows, or legal requirements change. The final page should include effective-date handling and notice rules before relying on this text with customers.
